ESPN's X Games under way in Los Angeles

What is the X Games? Well, the events at this year's 16th edition include various competitions in BMX Freestyle, such as Big Air, Park, Street, and Vert. Then there is Moto X, with Best Trick, Best Whip, Freestyle, Speed & Style, Step Up, and Super X (Supercross for both men and women). There is Rally Car, two versions: SuperRally, and Racing. And then there is Skateboard - Big Air, Park, Street, and Vert.

The 2010 version of X Games started today with among other things, a press conference at the ESPNZone.

In the video below, Amanda talks to ESPN talent and 'personality', Sal Masekela about the X Games experience for him, and then she talks with ESPN PR Director Katie Moses Swope.
