Hi Friends! I'm lucky enough to be at X Games 17 in Los Angeles, courtesy of the nice folks from ESPN. If you've never been to an X Games, you need to give it a try. There is a reason why it's four days!

X Games is four days of non-stop action and activity. Today is Saturday - Day 3. While the action inside the Staples Center will focus on Women's MX / Supercross and Speed & Style ... I took a quick walk outside to get a glimpse of X Fest, and all the people walking around in the great weather.

X Games 17 is something you have to experience at least once in your life. Here is a (literally) quick look at X Fest

As reported earlier this week, American Honda rider, Trey Canard will make his return to racing this weekend at the Spring Creek MX National in Millville, MN. In his rookie season racing in the Premier Supercross class, Trey was 5th in the points standing with 3 wins and 5 podium finishes. As he began testing for the outdoor motocross series, an unfortunate crash ended his Supercross season. Despite the abrupt end to his season, he was named the 2011 AMA Supercross Rookie of the Year. Amanda spoke with Trey earlier this week and here's what he had to say...

Amanda: How did you get into the sport?

Trey: It was kind of a family deal, my Dad and my Brother raced and I just followed suite. Before I knew it, I was pretty much a professional at a young age and it just escalated from there.

Man, what a season it was for Supercross 2011! Each and every race was exciting, and I was able to go to almost every one.

At the season ending finale in Las Vegas, the series ultimately crowned three brand new champions including: Broc Tickle 250 West, Justin Barcia 250 East, and Ryan Villopoto the 2011 AMA Supercross Series Champion!

Here are some of the faces from the Vegas Supercross, including my own. I like to think of it as part of my "Supercross Class of 2011 Yearbook."

I hope you enjoy looking at the photos and also seeing some of the people behind the scenes.

Good to go green
