Round 12 of the FIM World Motocross Series in the Czech Republic, Saturday's Qualifying races. KTM's MX 1 World Motocross Champion Tony Cairoli and MX 2 rider Ken Roczen lead their respective class championship point standings, as the series gets ready to tackle the 'Serpentine' circuit in the forest above the hills of the village of Loket. Today's Qualifying winners are Arnaud Tonus in MX2, and Max Nagl in MX1.
Today was Qualifying for the Czech Grand Prix of Motocross, both the MX1 and MX2 classes. The 'Serpentine' circuit was very muddy. Frenchman Christophe Pourcel is back racing, on a Kawasak. 2008 World Motocross Champion David Philippaerts from Italy is not racing, not only this weekend, but possibly for the rest of the season because of wrist injuries - he broke both wrists in a practice crash on Wednesday while practicing on a track in Germany for preparation this weekend's GP in the Czech Republic.
Tomorrow is the MX GP. You can watch it live, or VOD, on Supercross.com (see below).
