2009 Honda CRF450, and love it. I've never had any of the problems I keep hearing about. But, I have to admit...I miss the 2-strokes, so I'm thinking about getting another Service Honda CR500AF...

I went to practice a local outdoor SX track last night. Its been a while since I have been on a track and riding that hard. I have to say I am a little out of shape. My strength seemed good still, but my wind and stamina need a tune up. I didnt get arm pump, but my forearms were definitely tight and feeling it at the end of each segment. They run bikes in classes with 15 minutes each segment. It was alot of fun. I took my wife and daughter and they had fun, which means we will probably do it some more. Oh, and I found I can still ride a little.

2009 KX 250F Monster Edition. About to get the '11 KX 450. I weight 190 and that little 250 struggles with my big a$$

I have this '09 YZ 250F. Pretty bike but lacks power. Wish I would have stuck with the Kawi's. Hope the pic loads...
