Race Report
450 class: Kevin Windham is making it interesting as the 2008 AMA/FIM Supercross Series winds down to it's finale next month in Las Vegas. Kevin won tonight's 20 lap main event, with points leader Chad Reed finishing second. Reed leads with 318 points, and Windham is second with 305 points. Reed is riding with an injured shoulder, suffered in a fall from last week's event in Detroit. Should be an interesting final two rounds for the championship - next weekend in Seattle, and then the following week's finale in Las Vegas.
250 class: Early in the season, everyone thought it would be a Ryan Villopoto run-away for the championship. But Trey Canard, in his rookie supercross season, won tonight's 15 lap 250 East Regional Main Event, and with it, Trey is the first champion of 2008 - The AMA 250 Lites Eastern Division Supercross Champion! Tonight's was Canard's fourth win of the series as well.
