Tim Ferry's Biography

Tim Ferry began racing at the age of seven. He spent his amateur career competing for Kawasaki's Team Green™ throughout the '80s and early '90s before turning pro in 1992. Ferry won the AMA East 125 Supercross Championship in 1997. In 2007, Ferry rejoined Kawasaki and had a 'comeback year'.

2007
In his first year back with Kawasaki, Ferry earned 13 top-five finishes and six podium finishes in the AMA Supercross series to end up third overall. In AMA Motocross, he continued his success, going on to finish fourth overall in the series. Ferry was a member of winning Team USA at the Motocross of Nations, winning the Open class.

2006
Ferry entered 2006 season with a new determination and strength with a new team. He had six top-ten finishes in the AMA Supercross series and finished 11th overall despite missing the last two races due to injury. He finished tenth overall in the AMA Motocross Series.   

2005
Ferry finished 12th overall in the AMA Supercross Series. 24th overall for the AMA Motocross Championship season.

2004
Ferry had recurring injuries throughout the season. He was only able to race three events during the AMA Supercross Series and was unable to race in the AMA Motocross Championship.

2003
Ferry was on top of the podium four times during the AMA Supercross Series and took fifth overall. In the AMA Motocross Championship he fared slightly better with eight top-five finishes and took fourth overall for the season. Ferry was also selected to represent Team USA at the Motocross of Nations.

2002
Ferry wrapped up his 2002 AMA Supercross Series with 14th overall and his AMA Motocross season with second overall.

2001
Ferry rode consistently and finished the year out with sixth overall in the AMA Supercross Series and third overall in the AMA Motocross Championship.

this is guy is my second favorite racer next to reed i love dirt biking it is so awesome
