2026 Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National: Schedule, Streaming and How to Watch

The biggest week in amateur motocross is officially underway. The 2026 Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship is bringing the country’s best young riders and top amateur racers to the legendary Loretta Lynn’s Ranch in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee.
Commonly known simply as “Loretta’s,” the event is the ultimate proving ground for amateur motocross. More than 1,500 riders are competing across 36 championship classes, ranging from the youngest Micro divisions to the talent-packed 250 Pro Sport and Open Pro Sport classes.
Many of the biggest names in Supercross and professional motocross first made their mark at Loretta Lynn’s. This week gives fans an early opportunity to watch the next generation of professional stars before they reach the sport’s biggest stages.

Loretta Lynn’s includes 36 championship divisions covering nearly every stage of amateur motocross development. Fans looking for potential future professional stars should pay particular attention to:

The three-moto championship format rewards consistency throughout the week. A single mistake, mechanical issue or difficult start can completely change the title picture, making every gate drop important.
Why Loretta Lynn’s Matters
Reaching the Ranch is an accomplishment by itself. Riders must advance through a nationwide qualifying system of Area Qualifiers and Regional Championships before earning a place on the national starting gate.
For many riders and their families, the journey requires months of preparation, travel and racing. Once they arrive in Hurricane Mills, every competitor has the same goal: leave Loretta Lynn’s as an AMA Amateur National Champion.
The event has helped introduce generations of future Supercross and motocross stars. This week’s unknown amateur could become the rider battling for professional championships a few seasons from now.
