The Supertech M10 is designed to offer a smooth, attractive, and aerodynamic profile. Its streamlined construction is free of external channels that might act as load points during an impact, ensuring the overall integrity of the helmet. The surface curvature is engineered to reduce friction upon impact, allowing for efficient energy deflection and transfer to protect the rider’s head, neck, and spinal column from direct force.

The helmet’s shell utilizes advanced molding technology with a sophisticated multi-composite combination:

• 3K Carbon: A high-density carbon outer layer that improves strength and the efficiency of energy dissipation.
• Uni-directional Carbon Composite: Provides significantly greater radial strength around the shell, preventing compression while allowing controlled deflection to reduce transmitted impact energy.
• Aramid Fiber: Offers critical penetration protection.

This high-performance shell is bonded with epoxy resin for superior strength and energy management. Impact energy is further absorbed by a four-density EPS liner. For rider safety, the chin bar features a sculpted relief section raised to clear the collarbone, complemented by a softer EPS liner and a flexible rubber compound designed to reduce the risk of collarbone injuries.
