Alpinestars Supertech M10 Helmet – TLD Edition 25 Navy/Orange (MIPS®)

The Supertech M10 Helmet is engineered to offer professional riders a smooth, attractive, and aerodynamic profile. Its streamlined design is free of external channels and features that might act as load points during an impact, ensuring the overall integrity of the helmet’s construction. The carefully designed surface curvature promotes reduced friction on impact, allowing for efficient energy deflection to protect the rider’s head and neck from direct forces.

For a truly customized experience, the A-Head Fitment System allows for easy adjustment of the angle and height at which the helmet sits on the head. This ultra-ventilated helmet features 28 individual intake and exhaust ports—including 18 intakes and 10 exhausts—to provide optimal airflow during intense rides.

The helmet’s shell utilizes highly advanced molding technology with a multi-composite combination for superior energy management:

• 3K Carbon: A high-density carbon outer layer that improves strength and energy dissipation efficiency.
• Uni-directional Carbon Composite: Provides significantly greater radial strength around the shell, preventing compression while allowing controlled deflection.
• Aramid Fiber: Offers critical penetration protection.

The shell is bonded with a high-performance epoxy resin for maximum strength, ensuring energy is spread wider and better absorbed by the four-density EPS liner. Safety is further enhanced by the specifically sculpted chin bar profile, which features a raised relief section and a softer EPS liner covered by a flexible rubber compound to reduce the risk of collarbone injuries.

Equipped with the MIPS® Multi-directional Impact Protection System, this helmet is designed to manage rotational motion. Additional safety features include the Emergency Release System (ERS), an Emergency Visor Release, and a Visor Extension for protection against roost and sun. The helmet is also compatible with the Eject helmet removal system. For added comfort and protection, the removable side pads are made from a semi-soft polymer to help spread impact energy across a larger contact area.
