Editorial inquiries and news tips
Send a clear summary, the people or event involved, and links to supporting material. Let us know whether you witnessed the event directly or are sharing information from another source. Submitting a tip does not guarantee coverage.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. Ordinary email is not a secure confidential-source channel; ask how to submit sensitive material before sending it.
Corrections
Include the article or page URL, the specific statement you believe is wrong, and supporting evidence. For a revised race result or standing, include the updated official source. Our Corrections & Updates Policy explains the review process.
General, business and rights inquiries
For advertising or sponsorship inquiries, describe your business, the proposed arrangement and relevant dates. Commercial inquiries are considered separately from requests to change editorial coverage.
For photography, copyright or permission questions, identify the material and its location on the site, explain your relationship to it, and provide a way to contact you.
Ticket and order questions
For a ticket order, payment, delivery or refund question, contact the seller shown on your order confirmation. Purchases through external ticket providers are handled by those providers; Supercross.com cannot access their customer accounts or change their orders.
For an order placed directly through the Supercross.com store, email rp@supercross.com with your order number. Do not send full payment-card details.
Privacy requests
Send questions about personal information or a privacy request to dodge@supercross.com. Include enough information to describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
