Kayden Minear is Australia's newest export to American racing. The Perth, Western Australia native turned pro at just 15, winning the 2022 Australian MX3 Championship and finishing runner-up in the 2024 Australian MX2 Championship before making the move to the United States.

Signed by Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing, Minear dominated the SMX Next program — capturing the 2025 SMX Next World All-Stars Championship — then made his U.S. pro debut in 2025 and earned national #99. His rookie 2026 Pro Motocross campaign earned him the Marty Smith Rookie of the Year award, and he heads into the SMX World Championship Final fourth in the 250SMX standings.
