About Malcolm Stewart

Malcolm “Mookie” Stewart is an American championship-winning racer competing for Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing in the premier 450 class. Known for his natural speed, technical ability and outgoing personality, Stewart has become one of the most recognizable and popular riders in the SuperMotocross paddock.

The Florida native turned professional in 2011 and immediately earned Pro Motocross 250 Class Rookie of the Year honors. His breakthrough championship arrived in 2016, when Stewart captured the Monster Energy AMA Supercross 250SX Eastern Regional title.

After moving permanently into the premier division, Stewart continued developing into a consistent 450SX contender. He finished third in the 2022 450SX championship and produced one of the defining moments of his career at the 2025 Tampa Supercross, charging through the field to earn his first premier-class victory in front of his home-state crowd.

Stewart completed the 2025 Supercross season fourth in the championship and returned to Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing for 2026. He earned a podium at the Detroit Supercross and finished seventh in the final 450SX standings.

His 2026 Pro Motocross campaign was interrupted by a knee injury sustained during the second moto at Fox Raceway. With no major damage discovered, Stewart began an intensive rehabilitation program focused on returning to full race fitness.
