Behind the team

Team story

The works Husqvarna effort became a title-winning program in both classes. Jason Anderson delivered the 2018 450SX championship, while Zach Osborne won consecutive 250SX East titles and national motocross championships during his time with the team.

Husqvarna's May 2026 announcement set out a change in direction after that season: the brand would stop operating an in-house SMX team and instead provide factory-level materials and technical support to independent teams and riders. This historical organization remains separate from Team Tedder, whose 2027 Husqvarna partnership begins a new supported program.
